Fight against Eurpoean ban on embryonic stem cell patents gains ground

Stem cell researchers in Europe have gained ground in their challenge to a ban on embryonic patents after a High Court judge in London referred a question back to the European Court of Justice as to whether the ban should include all types of embryonic stem cells. (Stem Cells Translational Medicine)
