This interactive workshop will focus on practical tools to help participants preempt and resolve tension\, strengthen ethical decision-making\, and foster more constructive\, compassionate dialogue to move the care plan forward. The in-person skills workshop is geared to bioethicists\, physicians\, advanced practice clinicians\, nurses\, risk managers\, chaplains\, social workers\, administrators\, ethics committee members\, patient advocates\, and attorneys.
