I Lift My Lamp: The Healing Professionals & Immigration

Pediatric Ethics Grand Rounds (PEGR) creates space for thoughtful conversation about the ethical questions that arise in caring for children and families. Led by the clinical ethics team at Children’s Hospital Colorado, each session brings together diverse perspectives to examine challenging cases, emerging concerns, and the values that shape pediatric healthcare.

PEGR is free and open to the community, welcoming healthcare professionals, faculty, staff, students, and others interested in exploring the human and ethical dimensions of pediatric care.

1. Identify challenges posed for patient care by an environment of mass deportation.
2. Analyze the requirements of professionalism in responding to the needs of patients who are migrants.
