Everybody is a Summer Body: Weight Stigma & Injustice

You are warmly invited to attend the upcoming Ethics Grand Rounds, hosted by the Clinical Ethics Education Council at the CU Center for Bioethics and Humanities. This virtual event will feature a compelling discussion led by Dr. Daniel Goldberg, Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the CU School of Medicine and Director of Education at the CU Center for Bioethics and Humanities.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify two reasons for the high prevalence of weight stigma in the U.S.;
  2. Describe two ethical implications of weight stigma in U.S. clinical settings; and
  3. Identify two interventions for ameliorating weight stigma in the U.S.

CME Credit will be offered for live participation.
