Welcome to the Bios Centre Newsletter. We’re delighted to report that Professor Daniel Sulmasy will be speaking to us on Wednesday 19 March on the topic of ‘Continuous Deep Sedation in Palliative Care.
Professor Sulmasy is Director of the Kennedy Institute of Ethics and a Senior Research Scholar at Georgetown University. He holds a joint appointment at the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics and is the inaugural André Hellegers Professor of Biomedical Ethics, with co-appointments in the Departments of
Philosophy and Medicine at Georgetown.
