Harnessing Narrative Power to Guide Pedagogical Innovation in Dental Schools

Please join us for a free lecture by Michelle Moncrieffe.

Michelle V. Moncrieffe, MA, CHES®, is a lecturer and interdisciplinary researcher at the University of Maryland College Park, where she holds a joint appointment with the College of Arts and Humanities, and the School of Public Health. She is the Principal Investigator and Director of the Narratives and Medical Education (NAME) project. Her research focuses on exploring how patient narratives influence clinical practice. As well as being a certified health education specialist (CHES®), Michelle was a health journalist for over two decades. Although Michelle has not lived in her hometown for many years, she still describes herself as a Londoner.
