This live virtual event will feature a compelling discussion led by Hilary Mabel, JD, HEC-C, bioethicist and healthcare ethicist from the Emory University Center for Ethics and Assistant Professor at Emory University’s School of Medicine.
Learning Objectives:
- Discuss the ethical concept of moral distress and its application within healthcare.
- Identify causes of moral distress and how they might impact clinical care.
- Strategize ways to mitigate moral distress felt by healthcare professionals.
