Malta: Support for Archbishop’s call to protect newly conceived

In his New Year’s message on Sunday, the outgoing Archbishop stressed that legislation should be enacted to regulate assisted procreation and to protect the rights of the newly conceived. Mgr Mercieca said such a law should leave no room for any act that ran contrary to the dignity of man and the function and rights that God gave to the family. (The Times of Malta)
