(Medscape) – The COVID-19 pandemic has created shortages in many areas, including some less obvious. It has also interrupted the supply of human cadavers for medical education and research. Some medical and allied health professional schools stopped accepting body donations to protect staff, students, and faculty from a pathogen that presented too many unknowns.
