(The Telegraph) – A US man has made history by becoming the first double amputee to control two shoulder-level prosthetic arms with his mind. A groundbreaking experiment by Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) in Maryland has enabled Les Baugh, from Colorado, to use the limbs simultaneously, and without having to use controls.
