After Flooding in Louisiana, Officials Brace for Public Health Crisis

But as the clean-up begins, officials are bracing for a public health crisis at shelters that have drawn thousands of displaced residents and in communities where occupants face exposure to infectious disease as they return to their homes and work to salvage their possessions.
