Spanish cabinet approves plan for theraputic cloning legislation

Spain’s cabinet has approved a plan for a new law on therapeutic cloning, a project which now moves to the country’s legislature for further consideration, Spanish Health Minister Elena Salgado told media on Friday. (People’s Daily Online)
