This year’s meeting of the hospice and palliative care affinity group will feature a talk and discussion led by Charles von Gunten, MD, PhD, editor-in-chief of the Journal of Palliative Medicine and provost of The Institute for Palliative Medicine at San Diego Hospice. A social hour with wine and hors d’oeuvres will also be provided. The event will take place on the campus of San Diego Hospice. We will depart the conference hotel at 5:30 pm and arrive back at the hotel at 7:45 pm. A small additional fee, payable at registration, will cover transportation to and from the event as well as all food and beverages.
