Event: Brain Awareness Week

Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL is hosting an annual Brain Awareness Week. This year’s theme is “Exploring the Mind”. The keynote speaker is Dr. john A. Kessler, Chair of the Neurology deptartment at Northwestern’s Feinberg School of Medicine. His address on November 12th is titled, “Stem Cells & Nanotechnology in the Treatment of Neurologic Disease.” Admission to this session is free and open to the public.
