Why Hospital Bombing Remain Difficult to Prosecute as War Crimes

(BMJ) – Intentional attacks on hospitals have been illegal for more than 150 years but only two people have ever been prosecuted under international law, legal experts told The BMJ. They describe a slow system, remote from survivors, and a prosecutor that is not always able to arrest alleged perpetrators.
