Board of Health wants birth control talk after abortions

After a startling statistic revealed by the city’s Health Department yesterday — more than half of New York women who receive an abortion have had at least one in the past — the city is now encouraging doctors to discuss contraception with women after they come in for induced termination.  (Metro)
