(NPR) – Older Americans want to know if they are in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease and would happily take a blood test to find out, according to a national survey. The survey of 1,700 people 45 and older, part of a report from the Alzheimer’s Association, found growing interest in testing, diagnosis and treatment for the deadly disease.
