Parkinson’s disease numbers set to rise dramatically in coming decades

(Washington Post via MSN) – By 2050, there will be an estimated 25.2 million people living with Parkinson’s disease worldwide, a 112 percent increase from 2021, according to a new study published in the journal BMJ.

The World Health Organization estimated that 8.5 million people worldwide were living with Parkinson’s disease in 2019. (Read More)
